Scope
This policy applies to all persons who visit the Spa Deneyimi platform, become members or use the business dashboard.
What Data Do We Collect, and Why?
- Discovery and search: If you grant location permission, your approximate location is processed only in your browser for the "near me" feature; it is not permanently stored on the server.
- Business actions: When you click a business's telephone, WhatsApp, directions or website link, this interaction is counted anonymously and reported to the business in aggregate. Your identity is not shared with the business.
- Visit statistics: To see how the site is used, the pages you open are counted anonymously on our own server: the website or campaign link you came from, how long you stayed on a page and how much of it you read, device type, browser, operating system, screen size and language preference. Your IP address is used only to derive an approximate location (country, region, city) and is not stored; this is done on our own server, without sending the address to an external service. - Account: An account is required to write reviews, save favourites and claim a business.
Cookies
Necessary and analytics cookies are used; marketing cookies are not. For details and how to block cookies, see the Cookie Policy.
Third Parties
Mapbox is used for map display and Google Maps for address suggestions; sign-in with Google or Apple is activated only when you choose that method, and Google Analytics on every visit, to measure visits. Fonts are served from our own server. These providers are subject to their own privacy policies; all transfers made abroad are listed in the KVKK Information Notice.
Security
Data are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); IP addresses are not stored in raw form but are hashed. Verification documents are kept in storage that is closed to the public.
Changes
When the policy is updated, the version and date information on this page changes.
