Nature of the Platform
Spa Deneyimi is an information and referral platform that enables you to discover and compare spa, hammam, massage and wellness businesses. No bookings are made and no payments are taken through the platform; the service contract is concluded directly between you and the business.
Accuracy of Information
Business information is compiled from the businesses themselves, our editors and user reports. The "Verified" label indicates that the profile is managed by the business; it does not constitute any undertaking as to the quality of the service. Prices and opening hours may change; contact the business for up-to-date information.
User Obligations
- To register with genuine information that belongs to you,
- To write only reviews based on your own experience,
- Not to share content containing insults, discrimination, advertising or personal data,
- Not to crawl or copy the platform using automated tools.
Intellectual Property
The platform design, editorial content and data compilation belong to Spa Deneyimi. Users grant Spa Deneyimi a licence to publish the content they share on the platform. Sharing of content uploaded by business accounts on our social media accounts is governed by the Terms for Businesses.
Limitation of Liability
Spa Deneyimi is not a party to the services offered by businesses; liability for disputes arising from those services rests with the business. In our capacity as hosting provider, we review content reported as unlawful through the Content Removal process.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. In consumer transactions, the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
