Purpose
Reviews help users choose the right business. For this reason, only reviews based on genuine experience are published.
Reviews That Are Not Published
- Reviews written without having visited the business, or based on hearsay
- Reviews written by an employee or owner of the business, or by a competitor
- Reviews containing insults, threats or discriminatory language
- Reviews containing personal data (telephone number, name, vehicle registration plate)
- Reviews written in exchange for a discount/gift
- Reviews containing advertising, links or spam
Moderation
New reviews pass through an automated check; suspicious ones are referred for editorial review. Businesses cannot delete a review; they may respond to it and file a complaint. Complaints are reviewed within 5 working days.
Verified Experience
If you upload a document such as a receipt or an appointment confirmation and an editor verifies it, your review receives the "Verified experience" label. The document is not shared with anyone and is deleted within 30 days at the latest.
