This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties when a buyer with a business account on Spa Deneyimi (spadeneyimi.com) purchases a Corporate Business Package subscription electronically. It applies together with the Terms for Businesses.

Buyer: The natural or legal person with a business account on Spa Deneyimi who purchases the Corporate Business Package. The buyer's name or company name, address and TC identity or tax number are the billing details entered on the Subscription page before payment; the buyer is contacted at their account's e-mail address.
Pre-contractual Information
Before payment, the buyer sees on the Subscription page the seller's identity, the essential features of the service, the total price including all taxes, the payment method, how the service is performed, and the cancellation and refund terms. This information is also set out in the "Parties", "Service and Price", "Payment and Invoice", "Performance of the Service", "Right of Withdrawal" and "Cancellation and Refunds" sections of this agreement.
Service and Price
- Service: A Corporate Business Package subscription. The package enables WhatsApp, website and booking links on the business profile, extended photo and video limits, deals, detailed analytics, team members and priority support. The package's current content and limits are shown on the For Businesses and Subscription pages.
- Period: A one-month or one-year period, as chosen by the buyer.
- Price: The amount shown on the Subscription page and the payment screen at the time of payment, including all taxes. No other fee is charged to the buyer.
Payment and Invoice
- The price is paid in advance at the start of the period, by card, as a single charge. Payment is taken via the infrastructure of PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş.; card details are neither passed to nor stored by the seller.
- The invoice is issued with the billing details entered by the buyer and sent to the account's e-mail address.
Performance of the Service
- The service is digital; no physical product is delivered and nothing is shipped.
- When PayTR confirms the payment, the package is opened in the buyer's business panel automatically and immediately. The purchased period begins at that moment; if a period is already running, it begins on the date that period ends.
Term and Renewal
- The subscription is valid for the chosen period and does not renew automatically. Card details are not stored and no automatic charge is made.
- The buyer is reminded by e-mail before the period ends and may pay for the next period from the business panel.
- If no payment has been made when the period ends, the business returns to the Free package after a 7-day grace period. No data is deleted.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to a service purchased by a trader or craftsperson for their business. Where the buyer qualifies as a consumer, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised either, because, with the buyer's consent, performance of the service begins electronically the moment the payment is confirmed (Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği).
Cancellation and Refunds
- As the subscription does not renew automatically, it does not need to be cancelled; it ends at the end of the period if the next period is not paid.
- No refund is made for a paid period; the package remains open until the end of the period.
- Amounts charged twice or in error for the same period are refunded to the card used for payment within 14 days at the latest of being reported to the seller. The time it takes for the refund to appear on the card account depends on the bank.
- If the account is suspended for breach of the Terms for Businesses, the "Suspension" section of the Terms for Businesses applies.
Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Where the buyer qualifies as a consumer, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
Entry into Force
At the payment step, the buyer declares that they have read and accept this agreement and the Terms for Businesses. The agreement is concluded when the payment is confirmed. The seller keeps the record of acceptance and the text of the agreement as it stood on that date.
