The only product sold on Spa Deneyimi is the Corporate Business Package subscription purchased by businesses. This page explains how the package is delivered, how it ends and when refunds are made. Details are set out in the Distance Service Sales Agreement and the Terms for Businesses.
Delivery
- The Corporate Business Package is a digital service. No physical product is delivered and nothing is shipped.
- When PayTR confirms the payment, the package is opened in the business panel automatically and immediately. Confirmation may take a few minutes; the package opens when it arrives, and the account's e-mail address is notified.
- If the payment has been taken but the package has not opened, simply write to us from the Contact page; the matter is resolved within one business day at the latest.
Cancellation
- The subscription does not renew automatically; card details are not stored and no automatic charge is made. It therefore does not need to be cancelled.
- A reminder is sent by e-mail before the period ends. If the next period is not paid, the business returns to the Free package after a 7-day grace period following the end of the period. No data is deleted; hidden content is published again when the package is purchased again.
- Each business may try the package once, free of charge and without providing card details. The trial can be ended at any time from the Subscription page; no fee is charged during the trial.
Refunds
- No refund is made for a paid period; the package remains open until the end of the period.
- Amounts charged twice or in error for the same period are refunded to the card used for payment within 14 days at the latest of being reported to us. The time it takes for the refund to appear on the card account depends on the bank.
- As performance of the service begins electronically the moment the payment is confirmed, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15). In any case, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to traders and craftspeople buying for their business.
