If you believe that a piece of content infringes your personality rights or intellectual property rights, or violates the legislation, you may apply. Businesses also use this process for incorrect information about them or for reviews that breach the policy.
How to Apply
Contact us via the Contact page by selecting the "Content removal" subject, providing the link to the content, the grounds of the infringement and your contact details. If you are an authorised representative, attach a document evidencing your authority.
Process
Applications are recorded and assessed within 5 working days, and the outcome is notified by email. Clearly unlawful content is removed from publication immediately; in disputed cases, the content may be temporarily hidden. Court or administrative decisions are implemented without delay.
