Fitness in Kuşadası

Three venues with a fitness area in Kuşadası are on the list, and all three are hotels: a thermal hotel near the Dilek Peninsula National Park, a hotel opposite the marina, and a seaside hotel with a private beach in Güzelçamlı. None of them is a stand-alone sports club; the gyms were set up with hotel guests in mind, and access to a pool, sauna or thermal area alongside the gym varies from hotel to hotel.

What comes with the gym

Seven For Life Thermal Hotel offers fitness together with Pilates, yoga and meditation; indoor thermal pools, a sauna, a steam room and a Turkish bath are in the same facility. For those who want to finish a workout in the thermal pool or sauna, this is the hotel with the widest range of services. In Güzelçamlı, where the forest meets the sea, Hotel Akbulut & Spa combines its gym with a sauna, outdoor and indoor pools and a private beach. In the listing for Suhan Seaport Hotel, a sea-view outdoor swimming pool stands out alongside the gym; no sauna or hammam is mentioned.

Using the gym without staying

Whether hotel gyms offer day or monthly passes to outside guests, and if so whether the pool and sauna are included in the price, varies by venue; ask before you go. Use of the outdoor pools may also depend on the season. Arrangements for women and men are recorded as mixed only for Seven For Life; there is no information for the other two hotels. Straight after a workout, it is sensible to wait for your heart rate to come down and to drink water before going into the thermal pool or sauna; people with high blood pressure or a cardiovascular condition should consult their doctor before using the hot areas.

What gyms in spa facilities offer is described on the fitness page, and the district's other venues are listed on the Kuşadası page.
