Bakucha Vineyard Hotel & SPA lies within the 200-hectare Arcadia Vineyards (Arcadia Bağları), near the village of Hamitabat in the Lüleburgaz district of Kırklareli. The vineyards were founded in 2005 by Özcan Arca and Zeynep Arca Şallıel; the business presents Arcadia as the first wine producer established in Kırklareli in the Republican era. About two hours from Istanbul, the hotel has 26 suites in total: junior suites in the main building and suites in the ecological building.
The tower at the centre of the building, where local stone and wood stand out, was inspired by the Cihannuma Kasrı (belvedere pavilion) of the former Edirne Palace and built with stone brought from old quarries in Istranca. The hotel's swimming pool is disinfected with ozone and runs on a system that produces its own chlorine from salt; the solar power plant on the estate generates twice the facility's annual energy needs.
