About
Gemlik Termal Tesisi is on Yener Sokak in the Hisar neighbourhood of Gemlik, a district of Bursa. Commissioned by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, the three-storey building opened at the start of 2026 and is run by the municipal company BURFAŞ.
The general thermal area is laid out separately for women and men; each side has a thermal pool, a Turkish bath with kurnas (marble basins) and a heated navel stone, a sauna and a steam room. Around the pool are relaxation areas with sun loungers, changing cabins and showers. The pools are fed by spring water that rises at 36 degrees from a depth of about 65 metres. There is also a shallow paddling pool for young children.
For families who want to spend time together, seven separate family hammam rooms can be rented; each room has a small pool, a shower, a WC and a lounge chair. The facility also has a small accommodation section with eight rooms, B Kafe and a large car park. Overnight guests can use the general thermal areas at no extra charge.
According to the official page, the thermal areas are open from 08:30 to 22:00 and closed on Mondays for maintenance. Entry is with a single-use QR code issued after payment at reception; visitors can stay in the general area for a maximum of two hours at a time. Swimming caps and swimsuits are compulsory in the pool.
