ProMasaj Armada AVM

ProMasaj Armada AVM is a massage point in the Armada Shopping Centre on Dumlupınar Bulvarı, in the Söğütözü area of the Beştepe neighbourhood in Ankara's Yenimahalle district. Ankara-based Promasaj is a massage chain with branches in shopping centres, at airports and on high streets in Ankara as well as Istanbul, İzmir, Antalya, Eskişehir and other provinces.
The branch offers a range of options, from treatments on specific areas suited to a short break while shopping to full-body massage. Classic massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point massage, back massage, head and shoulder massage and facial massage are the main treatments on the menu. Before the massage the therapist makes a brief assessment and the guest signs a consent form about their health.
According to Promasaj, about 70 per cent of its staff are physiotherapy technicians and physiotherapists, and the rest are certified masseurs and masseuses; the team is regularly supervised by trainers and area managers. The branch has no wet area and focuses solely on massage.
The branch is open daily 10:00–22:00. As well as single sessions, multi-session packages can be bought; 5-session packages must be used within six months and longer packages within a year. Massages bought here can also be used at other Promasaj branches in Turkey, and packages can be given to someone else as a gift.
