Başaranlar Termal Otel is in the Gazlıgöl hot spring area in the İhsaniye district of Afyonkarahisar, at kilometre 20 of the Afyon-Eskişehir road. The property has 48 one-bedroom (1+1) suites of 60 m² and 30 two-bedroom (2+1) villa apartments of 110 m². Every apartment has its own pool filled with thermal water, kitchen equipment and a balcony; from the 1+1 apartments, a covered, heated tunnel leads to the pool and spa area.
The shared area has a 20-metre warm swimming pool at 30 °C, a thermal pool with jacuzzi, a second, indoor thermal pool and a sheltered outdoor swimming pool. The spa section has a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, thermal mud (peloid) treatment, massage, kese and foam wash, skin care and a gym. The pool and spa centre is open to women 09:00–15:00 and to men 16:00–22:00.
The property also has an aquapark, children's play areas, a mini zoo home to 16 animal species, a shop, a cafeteria and a mosque. The restaurant serves an open buffet breakfast, with à la carte lunch and dinner, and the apartment kitchens let guests cook their own meals if they wish.
