Iridium Spa

Iridium Spa is inside The St. Regis İstanbul hotel on Mim Kemal Öke Caddesi in Harbiye, in the Şişli district. The hotel is within walking distance of the boutique- and gallery-lined streets of Nişantaşı and of Maçka Park. Iridium is a spa concept unique to the St. Regis brand; entered through a bronze door, the space is decorated with candlelight, orchids and bonsai trees.
The spa has seven treatment rooms, among them a VIP room with its own hammam, a couples' room and a Thai-themed room. Alongside the Sultan Hamamı ritual, inspired by the Ottoman hammam tradition, it offers massages, couples' massages, facial and eye treatments, body scrubs and body wraps.
Before or after a treatment, guests can use three heated indoor relaxation pools with marble walls, lit by candlelight. Next to the pools are a shared lounge with a decorative waterfall and a tea bar serving herbal teas, iced teas and fresh and dried fruit. The separate changing rooms for women and men each have a sauna and a steam room. The 114-square-metre exercise room is open 24 hours; personal trainer sessions cost extra and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
