O'Wellness Dragos
About
Aimed at people looking for both a sports club and a full treatment area, O'Wellness Dragos covers a large space of 1,800 square metres. Located in Maltepe, Istanbul, it has a semi-Olympic indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a steam room. Outside guests who are not club members can also use the spa by appointment.
The spa menu includes traditional Balinese massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy and hot stone therapy, as well as four-hand massage given by two therapists at the same time. Targeted treatments for specific areas, such as reflexology, anti-cellulite massage and body scrubs, are also on the list.
In the club area, reformer Pilates sessions are held on Balanced Body equipment in groups of 6-8 people at most. One-to-one personal training, a sports physiotherapist and a dietitian are available, and a variety of training programmes run in the O'Soul, O'Rise and O'Hiit studios. Guests can come for massage and spa treatments by making an appointment in advance.
