Spa Soul at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul is inside The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul hotel at Süzer Plaza in Elmadağ, in the Harbiye neighbourhood of Şişli. The spa is run by the Turkish spa operator Spa Soul, which describes the venue as a day spa and fitness club.
At the heart of the spa is a Turkish bath designed after the 16th-century Hürrem Sultan Hamamı. As well as separate sections for women and men, the hammam has a suite that couples can use together. The menu includes traditional and aromatic hammam treatments, kese (exfoliating scrub), foam and black soap treatments, as well as massages, couples' massages, facial and eye treatments, body scrubs, body wraps and scalp treatments.
Alongside eight treatment rooms there is a 17-metre heated indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, separate relaxation lounges for women and men, and a fitness centre. In the summer months, the outdoor infinity pool on the hotel's terrace can also be used from 10.00 to 20.00.
The venue is open every day from 07.00 to 22.00; according to the hotel, treatments are available from 10.00 to 22.00 by appointment. The indoor pool is open from 07.00 to 22.00, while the children's pool can be used from 09.00 to 17.00 under parental supervision. Appointments can be made by contacting the spa by phone or email.
