Richmond Nua Wellness-Spa

Richmond Nua Wellness-Spa is a spa hotel right on the shore of Lake Sapanca, in the Rüstempaşa neighbourhood of Sakarya's Sapanca district. Opened in 2005, the hotel has 20 suites, 14 deluxe rooms and 96 superior rooms, plus one accessible room; all rooms have lake views. In line with its wellness concept, the hotel accepts only guests aged 14 and over.
The 2,700 m² spa centre has pools and cabins with temperatures ranging from 28 °C to 100 °C: a salt-water jacuzzi enriched with sea-water minerals, a Jet Pool with 117 jets, a low-humidity laconium, cabins with herbal and salt-menthol steam, a traditional Osman steam bath, a two-storey Finnish sauna and an ice room. Relaxation rooms with heated ceramic beds and water beds and an adventure shower are also part of the centre. The hotel also has an outdoor pool and a fitness centre.
The spa menu includes aromatherapy, Lomi Lomi, hot stone, Balinese, Thai, shiatsu, Swedish, reflexology, lymphatic drainage and magnesium massage. Traditional Turkish bath, foam massage and Moroccan hammam treatments, bath therapies such as the Cleopatra bath and dry flotation, facial and body treatments and head spa treatments are also offered. Both female and male therapists work at the spa.
The spa centre is open from 10.00 to 21.00 on weekdays and from 10.00 to 22.00 on Saturdays, and the fitness centre every day from 08.00 to 22.00. The spa centre and the outdoor pool can be used on a day-use basis without staying at the hotel; 6- and 12-month memberships are also available. Booking in advance is recommended for massages and treatments.
