About Anti-Stress Massage in Istanbul

From Beşiktaş to the city's western edge

Melas Spa & Wellness in Beşiktaş has a massage-focused menu: alongside anti-stress massage there are a head spa, pregnancy massage, cupping therapy and options for specific areas such as a back, neck and shoulder massage. Operla Spa Wellness in Arnavutköy chooses the organic oil for its aromatherapy massage with a personal scent test; the venue has a Turkish bath and VIP treatment areas. AS Spa Merkezi in Bahçeşehir is a day spa with a hammam, sauna, steam room and pool, offering its massages every day of the week. Melas and Operla are listed as mixed; there is no information on this for AS Spa.

Choosing and booking

Since anti-stress massage is about light pressure and quiet surroundings, it is worth asking about the room where the session takes place and whether you can use the relaxation area beforehand.
