Lilyum Spa Altunizade is inside the Aspera Hotel Altunizade on Mahir İz Caddesi in Altunizade, in Istanbul's Üsküdar district. The hotel's spa, close to the Altunizade metro station and the Metrobus line, takes appointments directly through its own website, so it is also open to guests who are not staying at the hotel.
The facilities include a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room and a relaxation room. The massage menu features Balinese, Swedish, deep tissue, anti-stress, aromatherapy and sports massage, as well as the four-hand Mandara massage performed by two therapists at the same time and a reflexology-based medical foot treatment.
Every spa package includes a foam massage and peeling in the hammam; these are combined with a massage and treatments such as coffee, silver gel, clay or aloe vera salt body masks, face masks, rose water skin care and Gua Sha. Use of the sauna, steam room and relaxation room, as well as a drink, is also included in the packages. It is a good option for a short break in the city or for unwinding after work.
