Aqua Plus Fatih is inside the Ramada Hotel on Fındıkzade Sokak, in the Molla Gürhani neighbourhood of Fatih district on the historic peninsula. The easiest way to get there is by rail: the Fındıkzade and Çapa–Şehremini stops on the T1 Kabataş–Bağcılar tram and Aksaray station on the M1A metro line can all be used. Parking in the area is limited, so public transport is the more convenient choice. Nearby neighbourhoods include Çapa, Aksaray, Vatan and Eminönü.
The branch's hammam section has two options: a 30-minute traditional Turkish bath and the 50-minute Osmanlı Saray Hamamı (Ottoman Palace Hammam). The massage menu ranges from classic Swedish, aromatherapy, deep tissue and medical massage to Thai, Bali Mandara, Siatsu and hot stone massage; sessions last 30 to 70 minutes. For anyone wanting a shorter session, targeted massage and foot reflexology are available as 30-minute options. The milk mask, gold mask and mini facial take 20 minutes each.
The sauna, steam room and pool make up the branch's wet area. A VIP room is available for a more private setting, and a couples' massage room for those coming together. Women-only sessions and a choice of therapist gender are also possible; towels, a robe and slippers are provided by the branch, and belongings can be kept in lockers.
